Alyson is an experienced Consultant and Project Manager with over 20 years’ experience working for a number of local, national and international private and public sector organisations.


Helen Nilen

Helen is an experienced Senior Administrator and Administrative Skills Trainer.  She has over 25 years’ experience in secretarial, Senior EA and PA roles within local, national and international organisations in the public, private and voluntary sectors.
